Manchester Reads: Celebrating a Month of Reading Together

Between 21 December and 21 January, we successfully carried out our Manchester Reads project. The awards were presented to our students last weekend at our Weekend School at the end of January.

We would like to sincerely thank all our students who took part and the wonderful families who supported us throughout the project.

For one month, our children read books regularly with their families. Each day, a prize draw was held and small gifts were presented to the lucky students of the day. Through this initiative, we aimed to encourage a lasting reading habit, reduce time spent on electronic devices, and promote quality family time centred around books.

We were truly delighted by the enthusiasm of our students and the strong support from our parents. We will continue working towards nurturing a generation that reads, thinks and grows.
