On 2 May 2026, Summit Education hosted a lively and engaging weekend programme for young people and families, bringing together education, wellbeing, social connection and community engagement.

Around 200 participants took part in the programme throughout the weekend. The event welcomed people from a range of backgrounds and offered a variety of educational, cultural, social and sporting activities in a positive, inclusive and family-friendly environment.

The programme included:

  • An introduction to HRS UK’s activities and community projects

  • An interactive workshop delivered in partnership with HRS, attended by 47 young participants

  • A fundraising event in support of humanitarian and community initiatives

  • A Spring Festival celebration

  • Volleyball and football tournaments

  • A community picnic

  • A family walking activity

  • A presentation on Time to Help and its humanitarian work

The weekend provided a meaningful opportunity for participants to connect, collaborate and contribute to the wider community. It also promoted wellbeing, teamwork, volunteering and positive social interaction among young people and families.

We would like to thank everyone who attended, contributed and supported the programme.
