On the first major holiday of the new year, Summit volunteers gathered at Droylsden Academy to celebrate Eid al-Fitr. The program, which commenced with breakfast on Thursday, April 11th, was enriched by the splendid performances of students from our weekend school. Our members accompanied Hakan Bey, who sang with baglama accompaniment, and danced, providing our guests with unforgettable moments. Meanwhile, young participants enjoyed games in the gym, while new entrepreneurs from 8 different sectors showcased their products at stands. The holiday boasted a diverse and colorful atmosphere, thanks to the varied contributions from individuals aged 7 to 70. Our program concluded with the distribution of cotton candy and pocket money.
